Gift of Lights Monday special for Crusade

In an effort to give back to the community, The Gift of Lights at Long Run Park and its sponsors will be host an Economic Relief Night on Monday, December 7, 2009.

Donations to Crusade accepted with no admission charge

That night, all who attend the event will be admitted FREE. Attendees are asked to make a small donation to the event’s on site charities which includes the WHAS Crusade for Children. Volunteers will be accepting monetary donations for the Crusade at the park’s entrance. Long Run Park is located in eastern Jefferson County.

Event producers are “excited to give the community an opportunity to enjoy the holidays together, free of financial burdens and considerations,” says Jeff Howlett, Gift of Lights Event Director.
