With nearly 10,000 registered runners and 8,520 finishers, the Anthem 5K Fitness Classic, The first leg of the Louisville Triple Crown of Running TM, went off without a hitch on Saturday, March 6, 2010.

New Triple Crown winner trophy unveiled

On February 24, 2010, race organizers unveiled “Footed Flight,” a new trophy to be given to the Triple Crown winner(s) of the Louisville Triple Crown of Running TM presented by Novo Nordisk. Ngoc Phan is a self-taught ceramic artist currently serving as Artist-in-residence at Louisville Stoneware. The ever growing race series was thrilled to be approached with this unique idea from the owners of Louisville Stoneware.
