Graphic Artist Lonnie Walker designs 2011 Crusade logo
Lonnie Walker said, “The heart shape seems to emcompass the whole element.”
Graphic designer Lonnie Walker debuted this year’s logo he created for shirts, pins and other Crusade items. He says he wanted the heart-shaped design to reflect the Crusade’s mission and value to the community.
Walker said, “I wanted to come up with something simple that represented the Crusade. And the 100 percent for the kids theme was perfect for me to mean caring, love, all the things that the Crusade does for the community and the children.”
