Here’s a trivia question for you. What do the Kentucky Derby Festival, the Louisville Bats and the WHAS Crusade for Children have in common?
The answer: their graphic designer.
“I think we tried to make it more of a symbol,” said graphic artist Lonnie Walker as he debutted the new design for this year’s Crusade wear. He gave Crusade CEO Dawn Lee insight into this updated look.
Lonnie, owner of Primo Graphics said, “I wanted it to reflect the seriousness of what we do and what the Crusade does for the kids and what they do for the community.”
Lonnie’s design wil be featured on t-shirts, hats and the Crusade collector pin.
