Wednesday, March 26 was a special day for some special children at Bardstown Primary School. With a clip of the scissors, Bardstown Primary officially opened its brand new accessible playground. The project was funded by a grant from the WHAS Crusade for Children.
The second annual UofL PKA Fire Truck Pull held at Fourth Street Live last October raised $3,000 for the WHAS Crusade for Children. Newly appointed Philanthropy Chairman Andy Dennis of Pi Kappa Alpha presented a check to Crusade President & CEO Dawn Lee.
