Woodhaven Country Club in Louisville will host the Terry Meiners Crusade Golf Scramble on Monday, July 25 2011 at 2:30pm to benefit the WHAS Crusade for Children.

• When: Monday, July 25 at 2:30pm shotgun start (check in begins at 1:00pm)
• Hole sponsorship: $500
• Individual player: $75 (Includes goody bag, dinner, greens fees and cart)
