69th annual Crusade just a month away!
The WHAS Crusade for Children is always working to provide grant money to schools, hospitals, and agencies throughout Kentucky and Indiana. 100 percent of your donations go to providing a better life for special needs children. School systems remain one of the largest recipients of grant money to help with purchasing everything from assistive technologies to adaptive equipment. Here’s a look at your donations helping Isabelle Cannon attain her goal of graduating from Ballard High School this June.
The bike you see Isabelle riding in the story costs nearly five thousand dollars. This year the WHAS Crusade for Children awarded over 1.4 million dollars in grant money to K-12 school systems including Jefferson County Public Schools.
